Supplements

To supplement, or not to supplement? That is the question.

Some would say, "Eat well. No supplements necessary."

Others would say, "Most modern food is over processed and lacking in the basics." (see The Looming Vitamin Crisis article for details on this)

My own thoughts were to experiment. I have tried various supplements. Some did not seem to do anything for me. Others created a problem as I seemed to have an allergy to something in them. One particular liquid supplement gave an obvious boost to my energy level, but caused headaches!

I admit that my method has a potential weakness. The taking of anti-oxidants may not make me feel better, but may give me a longer life.

Bottom Line: I agree with the opinion stated in the Looming Vitamin Crisis article above. My supplements are from a company that provides a multi-capsule daily dosage. To read more about these products, click here.
