There are many conditions that we as humans can have that are related to the quality of our nutrition. A good example is constipation. In its basic form, constipation is easily cleared up by having a proper amount of fiber (fibre) in our diet. This is easy to do if you plan your meals.

Some conditions, like constipation, can usually be cleared up. Others, like menopause, cannot be avoided, but good nutrition can often lessen the impact.
